Project: Three City Stages (2024/2025)
Position: Communications Director, Sweartaker
Role: Campaign Strategy, Media and Influencer Engagement
Three City Stages is a grassroots talent platform conceived to surface Ireland's next generation of artists — from street-corner buskers to small venue performers — and give them a pathway to national stages. As Director, I led the strategic and operational delivery of the programme end-to-end, overseeing media and influencer engagement from initial launch through to live execution.
We managed the artist journey from open auditions through a mentorship programme with Irish artist Imelda May and music director Cian Boylan, culminating in headline performances at Electric Picnic — Ireland's largest music festival. At the festival, we coordinated the City Stages Collective's collaborative showcase on the Three Music Stage alongside exclusive acoustic sessions for influencers, media partners, and Three Plus customers.
The campaign delivered significant nationwide impact: 169+ media pieces, 17.5 million in earned reach, and nearly 5 million social impressions — establishing City Stages as a defining platform for Irish music talent and reinforcing Three's cultural credentials.
